Dieter, a successful detergent manufacturer, wants to give his friend Mary a very special gift: finally making her big dream of becoming a mother come true. Since Dieter doesn't want (and can't) do it himself, he hires fitness trainer Alain, nicknamed "The Brain", for a sperm donation and books him into the same wellness hotel to sort things out on the spot.

Meanwhile, Lothar, the director of a children's clinic, arrives at the hotel with his assistant Emilie to persuade Dieter to make a generous financial donation to their clinic. In the tense atmosphere, however, several unexpected complications arise and a crucial misunderstanding occurs around the word "donation" - and ultimately the two "donors" themselves...
