A spectacular musical for all ages
Known for its modern family musicals, Theater Liberi invites audiences to rediscover Kipling's beloved classic in a high-energy staging. Atmospheric lighting, an imposing jungle set and elaborate costumes build a world where the adventure feels real for young and old alike. The ensemble brings warmth, wit and emotion to the stage, breathing life into the familiar characters. Entirely new songs and choreography round out a show that moves from wonder to laughter and back again.
Two friends at the heart of the adventure
At the centre of the story is the friendship between Mowgli and Baloo. The loveable bear lives by his own rules - laid-back, always cheerful and endlessly curious about the human world. Together the two friends plunge into an adventure that broadens their horizons and shows how exciting differences can be. The calm and steady panther Bagheera is never far away when they need him. But the jungle idyll has a dark side: Shere Khan, proud and bitter, is biding his time. Haunted by his fear of fire and his hatred of humans, he waits for his moment of revenge. Meanwhile Kaa slithers through the action - mysterious, hypnotic and always one step ahead. And when the loud-mouthed vultures join the chaos, the jungle is well and truly in uproar. Mowgli and Baloo are right in the thick of it.
