For centuries, people have told the story of Beauty and the Beast - and the power of a love so strong it can break even a curse. A curse that turned a prince into a fearsome beast. When a poor merchant wanders into the castle garden and picks a rose, the Beast demands a steep price. From that day on, the merchant's youngest daughter Belle must live in the enchanted castle. Her fear soon gives way to curiosity as she discovers that beneath the Beast's rough exterior lies a gentle heart - and that she can even laugh and dance with him. But Belle is torn, haunted by questions: who is the mysterious prince in the mirror? And why do enchanted creatures roam the castle? Belle sets out to find the answers...
