About the venue: Marktkirche zum Heiligen Geist

The Marktkirche zum Heiligen Geist in Clausthal-Zellerfeld is one of the largest timber-framed churches in the world, built in the late 17th century. Its vast wooden interior, designed to seat the miners of the Upper Harz region, gives the space a remarkable acoustic quality. The church regularly hosts organ concerts and classical music events alongside regular services.
