He tells the story of how his life unfolded up to today, which also explains why he turned out the way he did. His best bits from 2010 to 2020 get a fresh retelling, yet everything stays the same. He's the idiot, the family has always been embarrassed by him, but he refuses to quit.

He covers a bowel X-ray, a student exchange, a Thai massage, and what the local village fair used to be like. All real stories that nobody would want to live through - but the Rocker steps on stage and shares everything that would make any normal person want to disappear, hoping it might help him make some sense of it all.
