The Billy Joel Experience - Alexander Broussard & Band live on stage

Dutch tribute band "The Billy Joel Experience" is thrilled to announce its long-awaited tour through Germany, Austria, Luxembourg and Switzerland. At a time when Billy Joel's legendary music reaches European audiences mainly through memories, the band steps onto the stage to reignite the passion and fire of those iconic songs.

Leading the group is the multi-talented pianist, keyboardist, vocalist and entertainer Alexander Broussard. He started out in prestigious international piano bars before going on to accompany the biggest names in the Dutch theatre world - an artist who brings the stage to life through sheer skill and energy.

Since deciding in 2017 to dedicate themselves to Billy Joel's catalogue, "The Billy Joel Experience" has come a long way. Five singles and a double live album of original material have won them a devoted fanbase and caught the attention of radio stations both at home and abroad.

The band has completed three successful tours of the Netherlands, made five appearances on national television, and won the prestigious "The Tribute" competition - which led to a sold-out show at the Ziggodome. A defining moment came when Richie Cannata, the original saxophonist on Billy Joel's masterworks, gave the band his official seal of approval. In January 2023, Cannata flew to the Netherlands specifically to perform a memorable concert with Alexander Broussard and his team in a sold-out theatre - recognition from one of the greats that set "The Billy Joel Experience" apart.
