TOPAS: Magic & Comedy

TOPAS is one of the most successful German illusionists in the world. Twice crowned World Master of Illusions, he won the Golden Magic Wand of Monaco. For 30 years he has been a star of the first magnitude and member of the prestigious Top Ten Club of the world's greatest magicians. Audiences know TOPAS as a master illusionist capable of making entire buses vanish. Yet in Germany he also performs under his birth name THOMAS FRÖSCHLE as a witty cabaret artist, increasingly establishing himself on television as a comedian. Rather than black magic, he relies on black humor delivered with sharp wit.

Quick-witted, sharp-tongued, and never at a loss for a punchline - DER FRÖSCHLE commands his audience just as effectively as a comedian. He won one of Germany's largest comedy and cabaret competitions, the 8th Hamburg Comedy Cup. Whether as magician or comedian, experts and audiences alike agree: this cosmopolitan is a first-class entertainer in both craft and technique.

Like all great illusionists, TOPAS is a perfectionist who takes his work very seriously.
