ZENTURY XX - A Tribute to the 70s, 80s and 90s - New Year's Concert 2027

The milestones of rock and pop music stir powerful emotions and memories in almost everyone. Bands and artists who made history with their music - or even shaped entirely new styles - like Queen, Pink Floyd, Van Halen and U2 still move fans with their hits today. Many of these classics were born in the 70s, 80s and 90s of the last century.

Presenting the masterworks of that era with passion and virtuosity is the mission of Zentury XX. The band consists of five professional, full-blooded musicians devoted to the music and spirit of those decades. With their infectious enthusiasm and convincing musicianship, they take audiences on a thrilling journey through the greatest hits of the 70s, 80s and 90s. Top-class entertainment and goosebumps are guaranteed.

Frank Rohles - guitarist, vocalist, songwriter and producer, active on international stages for more than 30 years across a wide range of projects and bands. He became particularly well known for his work with the British group Queen and Brian May, for which he received a gold record in connection with the musical "We Will Rock You".

Andreas Schröder - vocalist from the Saarland, who spent 15 years touring with the Saarland ensemble "Chorwurm", covering every vocal genre from rock, musical theatre and classical to pop. He also contributed to heavy metal CD productions including Powerwolf and Arjen Lucassen.

Erhard Wollmann - songwriter, lyricist and composer, as well as double bass and electric bass player with more than forty years of experience. He began a thorough ten-year classical training on the trumpet at the age of seven, and has since performed continuously as a bassist in rock, pop, blues and jazz-oriented music on stages at home and abroad.
