What is a Dark Dinner?

A Dark Dinner takes place in a completely blacked-out room. In total darkness, exclusive catering partners serve you a delicious 3-course menu. How do you pour a drink into a glass? How do you find your food on the plate and cut it up? That's exactly what makes a Dark Dinner so compelling. Get creative and work out with your table neighbours how to tackle the challenge!

How does the evening work?

Staff equipped with night-vision devices guide you to your seat at the start of the evening. There you can settle in, adjust to the darkness, and get in the mood for an unusual night with a welcome drink. Three courses are then served one by one - what's on your plate is yours to figure out! Can you identify all the components, flavours, and ingredients? Compare notes with your neighbours and guess what the chefs have created for you. Once each course is cleared, the staff reveal what you just ate.

The 3-course menu is created and served by the kitchen team at Kulinarium an der Glems. The experience in the dark starts at 19:00, with doors open from 18:30.
