Gerhard Schöne - Alles muss klein beginnen - Family Concert

Gerhard Schöne is a star - though he seems to have none of the usual prerequisites. For two generations he has delighted children across eastern and western Germany, earning praise from the FAZ arts pages, children's radio programmes, the Kirchentag in Hamburg, the Komische Oper in Berlin, and countless schools and children's choirs.

His concerts are the heart of his work, appealing to young and old alike. Alongside well-known songs such as "die Jule" and "der Popel", he will perform further pieces from his repertoire.

Schöne is a UNICEF ambassador and special ambassador of the Verbundnetz der Wärme initiative. Since reunification in 1990 he has released more than twenty albums and two books ("Wenn Franticek niest" and "Mein Kinderland"); his songbooks regularly sell in the tens of thousands.
