Christmas in a new sonic guise: Trio Étoiles returns to the Spiegelsaal after its triumphant debut in 2022 - with a contemplative programme that lets classical music shimmer in surprising colours.

For Meersburg, the three musicians have curated a selection of atmospheric treasures: Tchaikovsky, Bruch, Adolphe Blanc and Borodin unfold a warm, chamber-music palette between lyrical breath and festive brilliance - far from the familiar, yet entirely in the tradition of Christmas. The shifting combinations of soprano, alto and baritone saxophone open an extraordinary spectrum: velvety, silvery, luminous - always rooted in the classical sound ideal.

Trio Étoiles performs regularly in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, and has appeared at "Summerwinds" Münsterland, Kultursommer Hohenlohe and the festival "Gegen den Strom", among others. Charmingly guided by Sarah Lilian Kober, who accompanies the evening with anecdotes and fascinating details, familiar melodies become a refined, festive moment: intimate, colourful, close.
