They perform in the world's most celebrated concert halls, from New York to Sydney. Canadian Brass holds an international reputation as the finest and best-known brass quintet on the planet - two trumpets, trombone, horn, and tuba. Their extraordinary stage presence and rapport with audiences make every concert a truly special occasion.

In 2000, at the very birth of our festival, they honoured us with their appearance and have remained loyal to Sauerland-Herbst ever since. We are proud to welcome them back in 2026.

Current programme: Amazing Brass - music to astonish and delight: from Baroque to Dixieland, from new compositions to light entertainment, lively and varied commentary, and plenty of surprises. Expect an irresistible blend of virtuosity, spontaneity, and humour - their trademark on stage: white sneakers with tailcoats!
