In her show "SOLO", Biggi Wanninger - president of Cologne's Stunksitzung - wins over audiences with Cologne-style humour, razor-sharp observation and sheer stage joy. Whether playing Trude Herr pondering sexism in heaven, a Romanian care worker, the "think tank of Cologne Carnival", or landing pointed jabs at celebrities - her gags land every time, without going too far.

With plenty of self-deprecation she asks: "Will my pension be enough - or will I soon be doing denture-sharing?". Musically she spans the full range from heartfelt ballad to operatic parody, backed by her impressive singing voice.
