Warendorfer Hengstparaden 2026 - Parade at Night

The NRW Landgestüt presents the Warendorfer Hengstparaden on 19 and 20 September 2026, and the Parade at Night on 26 September 2026, as part of its 200th anniversary programme. Host Carsten Sostmeier guides the audience through a show featuring around 100 horses. The programme includes carriage driving displays with historic coaches, quadrilles in traditional uniforms, and acrobatic acts - among them performances by the Rhenish-German Coldblood breed preserved at the stud.

The Parade at Night begins at dusk, with the illuminated historic stables and the parade ground surrounded by market stalls forming the backdrop. A food and drink mile around the parade ground offers both sweet and savoury options.

Admission - Warendorfer Hengstparaden (19 & 20 September)
Gates open at 11:00. Stable tours from 11:00 to 13:00. Programme starts at 14:00, ends around 17:30 (including a 45-minute interval).

Admission - Parade at Night (26 September)
Gates open at 16:00. Stable tours from 16:00 to 18:00. Programme starts at 19:00, ends around 22:30 (including a 45-minute interval).

Food and drink
No outside food or drink may be brought in. Spot bag checks are carried out at the entrances.

Dogs
Dogs are not permitted in the seated grandstands. Dogs on a lead are welcome on the stud grounds.

Group discounts
Groups of 10+: 10% discount per ticket (all categories). Groups of 20+: 20% discount per ticket (all categories). Group bookings are available by phone via the hotline only. PM members receive a 20% discount per ticket (all categories). Proof of discount entitlement is checked at the entrance.

Children
Children up to 14: 50% discount. Children up to 3: free entry without a seat. Proof of discount entitlement is checked at the entrance.
