Puss in Boots

Hans, a good-natured miller's son, inherits from his father nothing but an apparently worthless old cat. He would gladly have the furry creature turned into gloves! But the clever animal, who even speaks human language, persuades Hans to let him live. What's more, Hans even gives the cat a pair of boots. Out of gratitude, our booted cat now wants to help the poor miller's son achieve wealth and respect.
