Die Erde hat eine Scheibe
A cabaret summer special
With cabaret performers Birgit Schaller, Alexander Pluquett, Philipp Schaller and a live band featuring Jens Wagner and Volker Fiebig.
With this special programme, Dresden's HERKULESKEULE brings summer to the stage - even if the times demand you keep a jacket handy. This more than sixty-year-old, perennially fresh cabaret institution invites you on a wild ride through new, topical numbers and the best scenes and songs of recent years: riotously funny, against the grain and thoroughly musical.
A cheerful, laid-back summer evening in a world that is anything but. The set: an allotment garden. In the garden: three cabaret artists and two musicians. And as if the weather weren't hot enough already, they get into a heated argument about climate saviours, language saviours, people's saviours - and the most pressing question of all: does a courgette belong on the grill?
Birgit Schaller, Alexander Pluquett and Philipp Schaller are joined by full-blooded musicians Jens Wagner and Volker Fiebig. Expect rock, expect satire, expect heat!
