Christmas Concert with Gospelchor Lüneburg

When the scent of fir fills the air and days slowly settle into calm, Gospelchor Lüneburg invites you to a special Advent experience. On 19 December 2026, Dreikönigskirche transforms into a place full of sound, warmth, and infectious energy.

The audience can expect an atmospheric programme featuring beloved American Christmas songs - from touching classics to lively evergreens - complemented by selected gospel pieces that touch the heart and radiate pure joy. The choir impresses with powerful sound, harmonic diversity, and stage presence that immediately captivates.

With energy and enthusiasm for the sung gospel message, the choir, together with its vibrant leader Joana Toader - a professional singer and entertainer, and director of other choirs - carries the magic to the back row. A fantastic live band provides the musical backdrop, featuring Tina Olhagen on piano, Thomas Conrad on electric and acoustic guitar, Mark Hertzer on bass, and Jo Schneider on drums. Together with the choir, they create a sound that ranges from quiet and touching to powerful and rousing.
