This new Saturday workshop in Bad Bevensen gives you the chance to spend an hour - from 10:00 to 11:00 - consciously taking care of yourself. Qi Gong is a branch of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), which is also where the concept of "life cultivation" comes from. It has a relaxing and balancing effect, supporting greater composure, concentration, inner calm and flexibility. By regulating stress, you can strengthen your immune system and activate your body's natural self-healing powers.
Together we will practise selected movements from the 18 exercises of Taichi Qi Gong - rest and relaxation alternate, flowing movements connect with the breath, and mindfulness is trained throughout. We practise as a group, with enjoyment and no pressure for perfection. The mental chatter can gradually settle.
Depending on the weather, we practise inside the Kurhaus or out in the spa park. Please bring comfortable clothing, warm non-slip socks or comfortable shoes, and something to drink.
