A Hole in the Wall - Premiere

A problem emerges in the office: there's a hole in the external wall of Department D. No one wants to be blamed, and everyone wonders: where did it come from? What should be done about it? Who's responsible?
Meanwhile, almost all department staff are on sick leave. Only Ms. Schmitt bravely holds the fort behind her stacks of papers, warmed by plenty of tea with rum. Neither the hole in the wall nor field agent Maier, who drifts through the office rather by accident, can rattle Ms. Schmitt.
The tradesman summoned by department head Schneider didn't solve the hole problem - he made it worse. So now manager Wagner steps in and issues a last-ditch order: a "supportive measure." A motivational coach is supposed to sort out the chaos, smooth over conflicts, and figure out who is actually responsible for what.
And so Ms. Kleinschmitt arrives, with her hands full mediating power struggles between the gentlemen, ensuring the hole gets sealed, and allowing Ms. Schmitt to finally enjoy her well-deserved retirement. Will she manage it?
