Kikeriki Theater stands for fun, irreverence and nonsense - but never for the pointless! Driven by a love of watching people and speaking plainly about their foibles, the company serves up the pitfalls of everyday life and all manner of human weaknesses - sometimes hard to swallow, sometimes easy. The KIKERIKI THEATERS' distinctive style also includes an affectionately ironic take on the specific dialect and way of life of Hesse. The company's members write all the plays themselves, build the puppets, create the sets, compose the music, direct and perform. The ensemble has already delighted over 1.8 million audience members.

In the KIKERIKI THEATERS' production, the restless bloodsucker is paired with the old "fairground Kasper" in the role of the estate agent's assistant - a foolish counterpart to the vampire. Kasper meets Dracula! The result is a play between horror and laughter, wit and simplicity, fear and naivety, life and death. A delightfully eerie story with plenty of humour and clever wordplay.
