"Music from West to East" traces a musical journey across Europe - both geographically and stylistically. The three central works by Widor, Hindemith, and Prokofiev mark not only a westward-to-eastward movement, but also a journey through time from the late 19th to the mid-20th century.

The result is a dramaturgically coherent programme that brings different national musical languages into a compelling dialogue, performed with flair by two exciting young artists.
