Fu Manchu returns to Poland! The stoner rock legend will perform on August 4 at the Poznań club Tama, accompanied by Greeks from 1000mods and Red Scalp.

When Fu Manchu started in 1984 as Virulence, they were heavily influenced by hardcore punk, particularly Black Flag. At the beginning of the last decade of the 20th century, the quartet began operating under their current name and in this form became part of history as one of the pioneers of stoner rock alongside Kyuss, Monster Magnet, and Sleep.

Over more than 3 decades, Fu Manchu has released 13 albums, including the classics "The Action Is Go" and "In Search Of...". Their discography is capped by "The Return of Tomorrow" – an album released in mid-2024. In early August, the band will return to Poland and perform at the Poznań Tama!

As main support, the Greek riff masters from 1000mods will take the stage. The band, celebrating two decades of activity this year, masterfully blends the influences of Kyuss and Black Sabbath, and with their maximum commitment to live performances, they are often mentioned among the most important contemporary rock bands of the Old Continent.

The evening will be opened by Red Scalp, who in an original way combine the influences of Black Sabbath with psychedelic and stoner classics and clearly stand out in the landscape of guitar music in Poland. They add a touch of doom, synths, and saxophone to their musical recipe and thus define their style. A unique blend of classic desert stoner, psychedelic visits from friends from other planets, and the culture of North American Native Americans.
