BLUE BRUNCH: Mediterranean Chill on the Rooftop - Copy

Sunday, 26 July, we're reserving for the ultimate relaxation experience. During brunch hours, we'll transport you to a sunny Greek coastline, offering a leisurely afternoon filled with the aroma of herbs, city panorama, and perfectly composed flavours.

The centrepiece of the programme is an exceptional food pairing experience. Our chefs have prepared an original Mediterranean tasting menu that harmoniously pairs with three specially crafted compositions of refreshing, botanical character. Each element of this composition has been designed to highlight the lightness and freshness of summer aromas.

Culinary Composition
Each guest will receive a basic set inspired by Mediterranean cuisine: grilled potatoes with olive oil, lemon and oregano, a selection of roasted vegetables (courgette, aubergine, pepper, red onion) and a fresh salad with rocket, feta and olives in lemon dressing.

Greek Main Course to Choose From:
Fragrant Souvlaki marinated in garlic, lemon and herbs.
A selection of poultry with fresh thyme and citrus.
Baked Halloumi cheese – an exquisite option for plant-based cuisine lovers.
Premium Option: Grilled prawns or fish in a noble herbal marinade.

Dessert:
The meal will be crowned with grilled pineapple served with fresh lime and mint ice cream.
