André Rieu brings his 20th anniversary summer concert from Maastricht to Katowice. On Sunday, 23 August 2026 at 15:15, Kino Kosmos will screen a live transmission of this special event, featuring Maestro and his Johann Strauss Orchestra performing Strauss waltzes and marches, musical theatre songs, and pieces with guest artists. Polish audiences will be guided by orchestra flautist Maja Jasińska. This is one of three Polish dates for the artist - the Katowice screening takes place several days after showings in Poznań and Żywiec, allowing fans to follow the tour across different cities.

The Johann Strauss Orchestra is the ensemble of Dutch violinist and conductor André Rieu, with whom he has performed since 1987. Named after Johann Strauss II, the orchestra specialises in waltzes, marches and musical theatre melodies.
