Faster, better, more. We know everything, we have everything. What we don't yet have, we can buy. The only pity is that there are no shops selling friends.

"The Little Prince" is among the most beloved stories of childhood and - as befits a philosophical tale - also a work for adults. The author weaves as his central thread the relationship between adulthood and childhood: all adults were once children, yet few remember this. But all children will one day become adults, something not everyone seems to consider.

It is a story about things that matter, which we too often overlook - a poetic, wise fable for children and adults who together can seek answers to the questions: What does it mean to be grown up? What does it mean to be a child today? Can an adult have a child as a friend? Can an adult - and should they - preserve the child within themselves?
