Samora Pinderhughes returns to Warsaw's Jassmine - this time for the artist's only concert in Poland.

Samora is a composer, pianist, vocalist, filmmaker, and multidisciplinary artist whose work focuses on socio-political issues. The New York Times called him "one of the most moving contemporary songwriters in any genre," while Forbes dubbed him a "magical being." Born and raised in the Bay Area, he began playing music at age two and continued his musical studies at Juilliard, where he met his principal artistic mentor, MacArthur Prize laureate Anna Deavere Smith.

Pinderhughes has collaborated with Common, Robert Glasper, Karriem Riggins, Kyle Abraham, Sara Bareilles, Daveed Diggs, and Herbie Hancock. His works have been commissioned by Carnegie Hall, Sundance Film Festival, The Kitchen, Yerba Buena Center for The Arts, and Kennedy Center.
