Escape The Fate is an American post-hardcore and metalcore band from Las Vegas, Nevada, active since 2004. They broke through with their debut album "Dying Is Your Latest Fashion" (2006) and cemented their reputation with "This War Is Ours" (2008), which debuted at No. 25 on the Billboard 200. Since 2008, Craig Mabbitt has fronted the band alongside founding drummer Robert Ortiz - the only original member still in the lineup.
Escape The Fate released the new single "Déjà Vu" in early 2026, their first solo material since the 2025 collaborative project "Redefined" with The Dead Rabbitts.
