PSY-CLAN: Juno Reactor
Iconic British electronic music project Juno Reactor, creator of music for The Matrix and Mortal Kombat, comes to Poznań. An immersive concert of psy trance, industrial, and tribal sound in the Tama venue.
Juno Reactor is a British electronic music project founded in 1990 by Ben Watkins, built around a fluid, ever-changing ensemble of musicians from across the world. The project pioneered the Goa trance sound - Watkins' 1993 debut album Transmissions is widely credited as the first full trance artist album - and went on to forge a signature style that weaves psychedelic trance, tribal percussion, industrial textures and orchestral scoring into something distinctly cinematic. Beyond the dancefloor, Juno Reactor became known to millions through film: Watkins co-wrote key sequences of The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions with composer Don Davis, and contributed music to Mortal Kombat and Once Upon a Time in Mexico.
Juno Reactor played a show at Fox and Firkin in London in February 2025, one of two confirmed live dates that year.
Juno Reactor performed at the Soundedit '24 festival at Klub Wytwórnia in Łódź, Poland, in October 2024.
