Keb' Mo' (born Kevin Roosevelt Moore, October 3, 1951, in Compton, California) is an American blues guitarist, singer and songwriter who has spent more than 50 years bridging Delta blues traditions with soul, folk, country and Americana. He has won five Grammy Awards - including Best Contemporary Blues Album three times and Best Americana Album for Oklahoma (2020) - and holds 14 Blues Foundation Awards and an Americana Music Association Lifetime Achievement Award. His songs have been recorded by artists as varied as B.B. King and BTS, and he has performed everywhere from Carnegie Hall to the White House.

Keb' Mo' announced his new solo album The Breakdown, due August 21, 2026 via Concord Records - a stripped-back set recorded at his home studio outside Nashville, featuring only his guitar and voice alongside contributions from the Soweto Gospel Choir and Take 6.

Keb' Mo' launched a European solo tour in June 2026, with dates in Ireland, the UK, France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Denmark.

In 2024, while on tour with Slash, Keb' Mo' was rushed to hospital and underwent open-heart surgery to repair a leaking valve and an aortic aneurysm, forcing the postponement of numerous tour dates.

His album Good To Be (January 2022, Rounder Records) debuted at #1 on the Billboard Blues Album chart and #5 on the Americana/Folk chart.
2020
Keb' Mo' won the Grammy Award for Best Americana Album for Oklahoma at the 2020 Grammy ceremony.
