About

Marilyn Manson is an American shock-rock musician and the frontman of the band bearing his name, born Brian Warner in 1969 in Canton, Ohio. Known for provocative stage shows and a confrontational image that blends heavy metal, industrial rock and glam, he rose to notoriety in the mid-1990s with albums like Antichrist Superstar (1996) and Mechanical Animals (1998). After a period away from the spotlight following abuse allegations - which resulted in no criminal charges being filed - he returned in 2024 with his 12th album One Assassination Under God - Chapter 1 on Nuclear Blast Records, followed by an extensive world tour.
