Octo Octa is the stage name of Maya Bouldry-Morrison (born 1987), an American house producer and DJ based in New Hampshire. She broke through with her 2011 debut EP on 100% Silk and built a devoted following across four albums that chart her life as a trans woman - from the introspective *Between Two Selves* (2013) to the rave-charged *Resonant Body* (2019). Together with her partner Eris Drew she co-runs the T4T LUV NRG label, a platform that ties ecstatic dance music to queer visibility and community.
Octo Octa released her fourth solo album *Sigils For Survival* on April 30, 2026, her first full-length since *Resonant Body* in 2019.
*Sigils For Survival* was created entirely on hardware instruments and later mixed in Logic, giving the record a tactile, human feel.
