About

Sex Pistols are a British punk band formed in London in 1975, whose two-and-a-half-year original run reshaped popular music and youth culture across the world. Their sole studio album, Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols (1977), reached number one in the UK and remains a defining document of punk rock. Since 2024, original members Steve Jones, Paul Cook, and Glen Matlock have been performing as Sex Pistols featuring Frank Carter - with Carter (of Gallows and Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes) fronting the band in place of John Lydon, who has publicly distanced himself from the reunion.
