About

Wolf Alice are a London rock quartet - singer Ellie Rowsell, guitarist Joff Oddie, bassist Theo Ellis and drummer Joel Amey - active since 2010. Their name comes from an Angela Carter short story. Over four studio albums they have won the Mercury Prize (for 'Visions of a Life', 2018), topped the UK Albums Chart twice, and taken home the 2022 Brit Award for British Group. Their 2025 album 'The Clearing', produced by Greg Kurstin, debuted at No.1 in the UK and earned a Mercury Prize nomination - making them the only act in the prize's history to have every album shortlisted.
