Following their January 2025 performance, Canadian Brass returns to Neu-Ulm as part of the Amazing Brass European tour. The five musicians create the programme together with the host ensemble Posaunenchor Ulm.

About: Canadian Brass

Founded in Toronto in 1970, Canadian Brass spent five-plus decades turning the brass quintet into a concert staple - racking up over 170 recordings and a Carnegie Hall debut along the way. Baroque counterpoint, jazz, and pop sit side by side in their sets, delivered with the wit and precision that earned them the title 'Kings of Brass'.

About the venue: Edwin-Scharff-Haus

The Edwin-Scharff-Haus is Neu-Ulm's main congress and cultural centre, named after the sculptor Edwin Scharff who was born in the city. It sits directly on the Danube and hosts a wide range of events - from congresses and trade fairs to concerts, theatre performances and exhibitions. The building's riverside location makes it one of the most recognisable venues in the region.
