Weisse Zeiten
Parktheater Lahr, Germany
A wild mountain cabin adventure with a cheerful, snow-filled medley of the most famous Christmas hits reimagined with hilarious new lyrics.
Instead of the typical family Christmas circus with its guaranteed nervous breakdown, housewife Doris opts for "Friendsmas" with her girlfriends and dreams of fireside chats, good food, and plenty of red wine in the mountains. Of course, husbands are welcome too - they're expected to pitch in right away and chop down a Christmas tree in the forest.
But suddenly a blizzard rolls in, and on top of that, the red wine runs out! Is the annual nervous breakdown really unavoidable after all?
Angelika Mann, affectionately nicknamed "die Lütte" by friends and fans, looks back on an eventful life. A successful career that began in the 1970s in East Berlin, where as a young rock singer she celebrated major successes with her band "Obelisk", among others. Her collaboration with Reinhard Lakomy remains unforgettable to this day, and children know her distinctive voice from "Traumzauberbaum". Angelika Mann is regarded as the prototype of a Berlin singer and stage artist. Small in stature but with an almost uncontrollable Berlin temperament, a powerful voice, and outstanding stage presence, she entertains her audience as a true "star".
