HISS - For a Handful of Cents

The band HISS has been touring since 1995. They have supported us through volcanic eruptions, floods and hurricanes, helped us after Germany's defeat in the 1998 World Cup quarter-final, during the financial crisis, the Fukushima disaster and many epidemics.

For thirty years, HISS has provided lyrical life guidance for every situation, the rhythm for wild dance nights, the soundtrack to our everyday lives. They do this without asking for much: loud applause, some wine, a snack and a few coins are reward enough. "For a Handful of Cents" is the title of their new album, released in their 30th year of existence, full of fresh songs.

We hear pieces full of strength, wit and life experience about eternal themes: love, addiction, travel and weather. All in a unique blend of polka and rock'n'roll, tex-mex and Balkan blues, ska and country.
