Herborner Oktoberfest - Wiesn-Party I with EVE and Ikke Hüftgold

Advance ticket sales for Herborner Oktoberfest have started.

The sixth Herborner Oktoberfest is just around the corner. While carnival is being laid to rest across Germany, Herborn is in the thick of preparations. Festbetriebe Böckl from the Upper Palatinate is organizing the sixth edition of this popular large-scale event. The festival on Festplatz runs October 9-11 and October 16-17, 2026.

Two tent operators Gerhard Böckl and Sepp Ebnet - supported by Herborn Marketing - are banking on the proven recipe for a big celebration: pure party power, festive guests in dirndls and lederhosen, and Bavarian beer from Benediktiner.

The official kickoff comes Friday, October 10, with the traditional beer barrel tapping ceremony and musical opening. Mission:2Party, local party maestros, will warm up the evening. Ballermann icon Mickie Krause will be the guest of honour and will once again transform the tent into a witches' cauldron.

On Saturday, October 11, Herborn residents can look forward to the band "Highline" from the Upper Palatinate, which has become a regular guest. Julia Schönberger, Norman Schelter and company are preparing the party temple for another special guest. For the second time since 2023, Lorenz Büffel will be a guest of honour in Herborn. His hits "Baila" and "Johnny Däpp" will definitely get the party going.

The first weekend wraps up with the traditional Sunday morning beer session on October 12. From 11 am, the Herbornseelbach music ensemble takes the stage, and admission is free.

EVE, the local cover band, opens the second weekend on Friday, October 16. They get support from Ikke Hüftgold, just like last year. He is already looking forward to the short drive from Limburg and remembers last year well.
