Hardly had singer, producer, composer and songwriter Berq thanked his fans for the 2025 concert season and hinted at wanting more, when he dropped another major announcement. Berq will return to the stage in autumn 2026 - with new music he is currently working on intensively in the studio.

So far Berq has released just one album ("berq") and one EP ("Rote Flaggen"). That was enough to rack up hundreds of millions of streams, go gold, chart at number two, appear on Böhmermann's "ZDF Magazin Royale", and win a 1LIVE Krone as well as a prize for pop culture. Since the twenty-one-year-old started taking his music to stages, he has consistently played to packed crowds and more than once triggered entry stops. His "LIVE 2024" tour and the follow-up "LIVE 2025" tour both sold out completely, and he capped an ambitious festival summer with the "Sommer Open Airs 2025" run. Anyone who has seen Berq's show - that multi-layered, detail-obsessed collision of the extremely loud and the extremely quiet - knows what to expect.
