MITMACHAKTION: Frida malt Freude - Mitmachaktion

Join us for a reading and creative workshop based on the children's book "Frida malt Freude" on August 6, 13, and 14, 2026 at Hugendubel bookstore in Würzburg!

This beautifully illustrated children's book encourages young readers to express their feelings through art. Colors can be wild, shapes and lines dance - because art is exactly that: a space where every child can be themselves. At the creative workshop, the author invites children to create their own art. Through simple projects, children playfully discover their feelings and their own creativity.

Author Julia Heinrich is a communication designer and illustrator working in Würzburg since 2008. In her studio "mit Herz und Heinrich" she creates illustrations, books, and many beautiful products. She also leads numerous creative workshops for children and adults. With her first children's book, she fulfills a special dream.
