Hillu's Herzdropfa - "Ächde Älbler"

Well known from radio and TV, Hiltrud Stoll and Franz Auber are touring the Swabian region with their new show "Ächde Älbler":

Ächde Älbler leabet gaaanz näh am Hemml! Hillu's Herzdropfa live by the simple formula of Thaddäus Troll: "A Swabian is whoever speaks Swabian". Their Schwobaländle is not one of the federal states drawn up by politicians - it is a "cultural space", a region where people share a common culture:

- Swabian thriftiness: S' Salz von dr Brezel reiba, dass dr Bsuach koin Durscht griagt! (rub the salt off the pretzel so your guest doesn't get thirsty!)
- And of course Spätzle: Kässchbätzla, Krautschbätzla, Leisa mit Schbätzla, Kartofflschbätzla, Schbätzla mit Sooooß...
- Maultaschen are a must on every Swabian menu: fried, in broth, with egg... and even VEGAN (some people aren't squeamish about anything)
- Rounded off with a glass of Most (apple cider): "Ein guter Most heilt jeden Schmerz, er ist des Schwaben Perle. Der Wein erfreut des Menschen Herz, d'r Moscht da ganza Kerle!" (source unknown)
