The Locomotive - A Journey with Julian Tuwim

A theatrical performance created from the children's poetry of Julian Tuwim, with the titular "Locomotive" setting the direction of this theatrical journey.

The main characters are a married couple - an energetic, somewhat nervous wife and her slightly slower-paced husband. The pair is heading on vacation, misses their train, and ends up in a completely different, rather chaotic place: the world of Tuwim's poetry. Children will hear familiar poems, and they themselves will participate in the staging of one of them.

The performance relies on strong acting and an extensive collection of props. The accompanying classical music works well with the lively character of the play.
