Crazy Scissors. Murder at the Hairdresser's

"Crazy Scissors. Murder at the Hairdresser's" is a theatrical production presented at Expo-Łódź, al. Politechniki 4. The play is by Paul Pörtner, translated by Elżbieta Woźniak, directed by Marcin Sławiński and Arkadiusz Wójcik, with set design by Wojciech Stefaniak. Cast: Małgorzata Goździk, Marta Jarczewska, Sebastian Jasnoch, Jakub Kryształ, Michał Lacheta, Kamil Suszczyk.

The production is currently performed in two versions: the classic version, which had its Polish premiere in 1999, and a new 2026 version. In March 2026, "Crazy Scissors" will be presented in the new version with a new cast — a new salon master will appear, the heir to the talent and style of Antoine Cierpikowski, the great master from Sieradz, friend of artists and crowned heads, known as the "king of hairdressers — the hairdresser of kings".
