Indian cuisine - Curry from scratch, naan and chutney

This workshop focuses on techniques that let you build authentic Indian flavours without pre-made spice blends. You'll learn to toast whole spices and layer complex curry sauces from the ground up, bake soft naan flatbread on a regular pan (no tandoor oven needed), and prepare fresh fruit and vegetable chutney.

Each participant creates a complete Indian meal with the freedom to adjust the heat level and flavour profile of your curry to your taste.
