Mom, Dad, Me and the Mat / family proximity activities

For children aged 3–6 and their caregivers. Duration: 60 minutes. Instructor: Marta Bogusiak.

The activities engage all the senses – both in movement and play. Before stepping onto the mat, participants play the "emotion cube" game to check what mood they arrived in. The same game returns at the end to see what emotions they leave Pinoteka with. During exercises and games, children can transform into elephants with long trunks and roar like real lions.

Marta Bogusiak is a graduate of the Łódź University of Technology and postgraduate studies in Relaxation and Yoga at the Warsaw University of Physical Education, as well as a Yoga for Children instructor course organized by the Jogostan Yoga Studio. Since 2008, she has practiced Iyengar yoga, vinyasa yoga, and hatha yoga. In her work, she uses the Jacobson method and Schultz method, and specializes in yoga therapy for postural defects. Since 2024, she is a mother of twins.
