In autumn 2025, the greatest stars of opera and pop gathered at the Arena di Verona – Andrea Bocelli, Jonathan Tetelman, Angela Gheorghiu, and Il Volo – to pay tribute to Luciano Pavarotti. The concert is titled "Luciano Pavarotti. The Man Who Moved the World".
The event achieved something previously impossible: Plácido Domingo and José Carreras sang together with a virtually restored Pavarotti – the Three Tenors returned to the stage.
Pavarotti triumphed on stages from Milan's La Scala to New York's The Metropolitan Opera, while consistently bringing classical music to a broad audience. Over 100,000 people attended his Hyde Park concert despite heavy rain; televised performances of the Three Tenors stopped traffic in cities around the world.
