Dance Without Borders. Musical and Dance Educational Meeting

A musical and dance educational meeting for all participants of the "Bodies and Voices in Dialogue" project (workshops "Mindfulness Laboratory" and "Presence Exercises") and their guests. The foyer of the Jaracza Theatre welcomes seniors, people with disabilities, young people, artists, and all interested participants.

The programme includes a joint physical warm-up, a short improvisation workshop, and activities inspired by the "Presence Exercises" and "Mindfulness Laboratory" workshops.
