IMPRO! Camera... Action!

Audiences come to the theatre to find themselves... in a cinema. The Comedy Impro Theatre transforms into a film studio, and improvisers together with the audience "shoot a film" whose only screening will take place that very evening.

The actors draw inspiration from the audience's favourite film genres - the obvious ones like action films or melodramas, but also less popular ones such as documentaries. Based on the initials of selected audience members, the actors create catchy film titles in various genres and short trailers for them. The audience chooses one title, which moves into further "production" and will be shown in full.

During the screening, the actors face plenty of challenges - including a wheel of fortune that can change the film's genre at any moment. A romantic comedy suddenly becomes a horror film, and a Swedish noir drama might transform into a joyful musical.
