Akcent is a Romanian dance-pop act founded in Bucharest in 1999 by singer-songwriter and DJ Adrian Sînă. After several lineup changes, Sînă has led the project solo since 2013, keeping the name that became synonymous with Eastern European eurodance. The group's 2009 album True Believers - featuring the international hits "That's My Name" and "Stay With Me" - broke through across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, with "That's My Name" reaching #1 in Greece and being picked up by Ultra Records in the US.
