Antimatter is a British dark rock project from Liverpool, founded in 1998 by Duncan Patterson (ex-Anathema) and vocalist/songwriter Mick Moss. After Patterson's departure in 2005, Moss has carried the project forward alone, steering it from its early trip-hop and gothic electronics toward a more intimate, acoustic-tinged melancholic rock. With nine releases spanning over two decades, Antimatter has built a devoted following across Europe for its emotionally raw, introspective songwriting.
Antimatter released 'Parallel Matter', a triple-album of previously unreleased songs, alternative versions, live recordings and remixes, on January 16, 2025 via Music In Stone, timed to the project's 25th anniversary tour.
