Biohazard is an American hardcore band from Brooklyn, New York, active since 1987. They were among the first acts to systematically fuse hardcore punk and heavy metal with hip-hop, a sound that influenced a generation of bands from Machine Head to Hatebreed. Their 1992 album Urban Discipline - which sold over a million copies - and the 1994 follow-up State of the World Address put them on the global map. After a long hiatus, the classic four-piece lineup of Billy Graziadei, Bobby Hambel, Evan Seinfeld, and Danny Schuler reunited in 2022 and released the tenth studio album Divided We Fall in October 2025.
Biohazard released Divided We Fall on October 17, 2025 - their tenth studio album and first in 13 years - via label BLKIIBLK, produced by Matt Hyde.
